I love Tteokbokki (Spicy Rice Cakes) and have been making them for a while now following blogs and recipes online (Youtube etc.,).

I thought to give this recipe a try because it uses Dried Seaweed and Anchovies for a richer flavour. It turns out that it works. Give it a go, here’s the link.
